定制 生活的想象—星河湾空间美学设计展，由星河湾，兴蒙家居建材城主理，鄂尔多斯建材商会、原创室内设计师协会、鄂尔多斯地产行情协办。
本次设计展以坚持美好设计为初心，以星河湾大平层355㎡户型为设计原本，让设计为生活赋能，为行业创新叫嚣，用设计见实力，以作品鉴初心！

家/便是那个无论我们身处何处，当回到那里时，永久收受接管我们的地方。它就像一种奢望，它是每个人的精神寄托，也决定了每一个人的发展轨迹。
以是：我本次设计的关键词/勾引/舒适/安静/温馨/整洁/浪漫
设计倡导：去繁为简让空间做事于人。丢弃掉没有必要的装饰，加以极美的艺术品融入。让空间有了属于自己的气息和灵魂。让大宅更大/更亮/更舒适温暖
Home is the place that will always accept us wherever we are when we return there. It is like an extravagant hope. It is everyone's spiritual sustenance and determines everyone's growth path.Key words: clean / romantic / all of us-
Design advocacy: to simplify and make space serve people. Throw away unnecessary decorations and integrate them into beautiful works of art. Let the space have its own breath and soul. Make the mansion bigger / brighter / more comfortable and warm。（英文阐述）
原始平面图解析/Analysis of originalplan
A-进入玄关门厅光照不敷。
B-书房出入动线单一，并且空间拥挤。视线不通透。
C-客厅不雅观景阳台过小。
D-主卧玄关光感暗，且床头可以瞥见卫生间门。
E-父母房及客房进深过长，过厅光感暗。
F-男孩房衣帽间及卫生间动线繁琐，且床头可以看到两扇门。没有书桌及放置手办的空间。
G-中厨厨房操作空间不敷。
H/杂物间空间过多，较为缭乱。不能将物品分区及空间 最大化利用。

新建平面图解析/ New plan analysis
A-通过书房改做移门(长开)加大玄关通光性。
B-改变书房出入动线，增加进入办法的多变性。封闭阳台增加空间利用度及扩大空间，做半封闭生态花池，增加空间的视觉不雅观感及档次感，材质的变革让空间的立体感增强（增加了利用功能）。
C-阳台移门退后改为两边的双通道形式。动线合理加大空间的面积，可放户外家具不雅观景。
D-加大衣帽间20%储物量，改变进出卫生间的动线，办理空间光照，及多分离的问题。
E-做共享衣帽间或衣柜，减少其他空间储物的压力。同时缩短父母房或客房的进深过大问题，也让过廊有了自然光的加入溘然它变得亮了起来。
F-改变空间格局改变进入衣帽间和卫生间的动线，办理床头对双门的问题。同时也办理了书桌/手办展示/收纳/把玩的问题。
G-中西厨分离，功能分离。办理中厨操作面积不足等问题，合理方案厨电分配问题。
H-储物间化零为整。做冷暖空间分离。来知足不同物品的储放。做封闭的设备间，来降落或隔绝设备利用时的噪音。
Analysis of the new plan a - change the study into a sliding door (long open) to increase the light permeability of the porch.B - change the entrance and exit line of the study and increase the variability of the entry mode. The closed balcony increases the use degree of space and expands the space, and makes a semi closed ecological flower pool to increase the visual appearance and grade sense of the space. The change of material enhances the three-dimensional sense of the space (increasing the use function).C-The sliding door of the balcony retreats and changes to the form of double channels on both sides. The moving line reasonably increases the area of space, and outdoor furniture can be used for viewing.D - increase the storage capacity of the cloakroom by 20%, change the moving line in and out of the toilet, and solve the problems of space lighting and multi separation.E-make shared cloakroom or wardrobe to reduce the pressure of storage in other spaces. At the same time, the problem of shortening the depth of parents' room or guest room is too large, which also makes the corridor with the addition of natural light, and suddenly it becomes bright.F - change the spatial pattern, change the moving line into the cloakroom and toilet, and solve the problem of bedside to double door. At the same time, the problem of desk / manual display / storage / play is also solved.G-separation of Chinese and Western kitchens and separation of functions. Solve the problems of insufficient operation area of Chinese kitchen and reasonably plan the distribution of kitchen electricity.H - the storage room is divided into parts. “星河湾空间美学设计展”初衷：
本次设计展将由购房者、地产圈、家装设计圈、媒体圈共同推动，由作品征集期、展示期、投票期，业主见面会等多个环节组成，楼市媒体地产行情平台全程参与，希望为鄂尔多斯家装设计师供应一个互换平台，让更多购房者理解到精良设计师的风格和作品，让地产圈理解到购房者的喜好和需求，达到让设计改变生活、创造美的宗旨。
主理方—“星河湾”简介
鄂尔多斯星河湾百米楼间距堪称行业标杆，以自然视野佳，采光好，透风好，富氧足等成分奠定豪宅标准。相较于“卖平方”的项目，星河湾一向被称为“卖立方”。3.6 - 4米的层高设计，让鄂尔多斯星河湾一贯引领行业标准，至今未被超越。除此之外，两梯两户专属电梯设计，入户玄关、法度模范阳台、独立套房，大落地窗、多功能分区、厨房阳台等户型上风，“星河湾”一贯以来都是高端客户关注的焦点。
