设计媒介│DESIGN THE PREFACE
「设计的实质是空间塑造,空间所承载的各要素形成的空间场,在建筑审美者眼中呈现着“建筑意”,“建筑即构造,构造即建筑”, 我们以建筑构造措辞出发,阐述空间几何与光影的艺术关系,兼顾舒适性的条件下,还原实在质,聚焦人与空间的互动。」
本案是位于什邡市的一栋别墅,全体空间分为地下两层与地上三层,从别墅的建筑构造出发,我们界定了每一层不同的功能空间以知足利用,不同功能的建筑空间其构造媒介围合的办法不同,对功能空间的围合是构造设计措辞之一,地面二楼三楼紧张为寝室空间,以不同的元素表达建构一家五口不同的需求知足。

三楼
三楼为主卧空间,配以宽敞的衣帽间、卫生间,书房和休闲露台。
寝室延续传统美学之法,表现“统一”“和谐”,于质感、色彩上突出和谐安静的美感。而大胆光鲜的顶部弧形吊顶的视觉冲击了传统的齐整对称,显现出自由与变革的当代设计理念,当代设计尊重个体,以个别、不规则的活力冲破板正和沉重,墙面线条宽窄错落有致,意式茶几与单人椅的随意率性便呈递了此种自由。大面积落地玻璃解构了空间的封闭,带来空间穿透性的自然呼吸感。

玻璃独特的透光性使得室内充斥柔和、神秘,在光影的雕琢下丰富空间感,增强空间的艺术表现力。茶色玻璃柜与地面暗调木地板呼应,在光芒的互助下,让陈设物品显而雅、露而端,衣帽间的玻璃柜隔断空间,又有隔而不断的视觉效果,兼具形体感与质感。空间实体和玻璃材料的虚实结合,以此空间构筑手腕,柔化了室内空间的界线,增加室内空间环境的动态意见意义性和亲和性。

The unique light transmittance of glass makes the interior full of soft and mysterious, enriching the sense of space under the carving of light and shadow, and enhancing the artistic expression of space. The tawdry glass cabinet echoes the dark wood floor on the ground. Under the cooperation of light, the display items are elegant and exposed. The glass cabinet of the cloakroom partitions the space, and has the visual effect of separation and continuous, both the sense of shape and texture. The combination of virtual and real space entities and glass materials, as a means of space construction, softened the boundaries of indoor space and increased the dynamic interest and affinity of indoor space environment.
雾面金属材料表面肌理周详均匀,具有良好的光接管能力,呈亚光,给人柔和、素雅之感,与光滑的曲面结合更随意马虎突显出形体,削弱了上部悬挑带来的重量感和压迫感,合营卫生间的镜面映射,空间有着奇异的光影律动,充满了未来性。

Starting from the architectural structure language, we explain the artistic relationship between space geometry and light and shadow, restore its essence and focus on the interaction between people and space under the premise of comfort.
“诗意”决定了建筑终极表现的高度,“建造”也限定着建筑“诗意”表达的深度。三楼书房与休闲露台相连通,透过玻璃门,露台成为室内空间的借景,室外空间同外界环境的相互流入或流出,打开了空间的闭锁,自然不雅观景之趣、闲谈之乐可抚慰文案劳形,对区域之间,内外之间活动的领悟自适的追求,通报了建构逻辑的诗意表达。
"Poetic" determines the height of the final expression of the building, and "construction" also limits the depth of the "poetic" expression of the building. The study on the third floor is connected with the leisure terrace. Through the glass door, the terrace becomes the borrowing scene of the indoor space. The mutual inflow or outflow of the outdoor space and the external environment opens the closure of the space. The interest of natural viewing and the joy of chatting can comfort the architecture.

二楼
二楼为两位老人和两个女儿的寝室,电梯出入区域紧贴起居室,与寝室在动线间隔上分别隔来,担保了动静的分区,寝室之间的布局担保了隔音与隐私性、独立性。
The second floor is the bedroom for two elderly people and two daughters, the elevator access area is close to the living room, separated from the bedroom on the moving line distance, to ensure the dynamic partition, the layout between the bedrooms to ensure sound insulation and privacy, independence.
这一层将轻盈与端庄置于中央,色彩在整体上呈现暖调,突出的线条元素有了形式的对称与折衷,顶部与墙面的法度模范线条和角花,通往衣帽间的过道做了雕花石膏的拱门造型回溯了古典时期的精繁理性。与老人寝室的沉稳秩序不同,女儿房的元素的调动更光鲜地构建了印象影象,能干色彩以强烈的表现力牵引感知,仿佛身处梵高的花园。
