北京中色北方建筑设计院有限任务公司（原北方工业大学建筑设计研究院）成立于1987年。
是一个拥有建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级的设计公司，工程设计与理论、科研紧密结合，各专业配套完好，质量管理体系完善。

2019年2月，北京中开元汉佳企业管理有限公司全资收购了北京中色北方建筑设计院有限任务公司，开始了除设计外“设计施工一体化”、“投融资带动工程总承包”、“项目全过程管理”的崭新的业务转型模式，并为此配备了专业的团队。

公司现有工程技能职员200多人，个中国家一级注册建筑师，一级注册构造工程师，注册建造师，注册造价工程师共20多人，博士、硕士和高等建筑师（含正教授级）、高等工程师（含正教授级）30多人，建筑工程师及各专业工程师150多人。

公司业务范围：城市方案与设计、建筑设计、环艺设计（含风景园林与室内装饰）、城市导向系统及夜景照明设计等领域。
项目前期可行性研究与策划、项目投融资剖析及管理、项目全过程技能做事与发卖及营运管理，并且与浩瀚投资机构，大型施工总承包企业开展互助，基于BIM技能与深化设计，大大提升了设计在项目全过程管理和完成度的品质。

目前，公司业务遍布全国30多个省、市、自治区和外洋埠区。
以期发展成为以北京、天津、广州为中央，覆盖全国的建筑工程全过程做事有名机构。
并且公司已在美国洛杉矶成立H&J(H&J Architecture Consulting Inc)设计公司，积极吸纳国际高端人才，大力开拓国际市场。

Beijing Zhongse North Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly the Architectural Design and Research Institute of North China University of Technology) was established in 1987. It is a Grade A design company in the construction industry (construction engineering). This company’s engineering design is closely integrated with theory and scientific research, and it not only has complete supporting facilities for all majors but also a well-developed quality management system.

In February 2019, Beijing Zhongkaiyuan Hanjia Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. fully acquired Beijing Zhongse North Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. At the same, it equipped a professional team to start to integrate design and construction, use investment and financing driven project contracting, and set up a new business transformation model of Project Whole Process Management.

There are beyond 200 engineers and technical staffs, which contains more than 20 national class I Registered Architects, class I Registered Structural Engineers, Registered Constructors, and Registered Cost Engineers. This company has exceeded 30 doctors, masters, senior architects (including full professor level), senior engineers (including full professor level). Also more than 150 construction engineers and professional engineers are working here.

The company's business scope includes urban planning and design, architectural design, environmental art design (landscape gardening and interior decoration), urban guidance system and night lighting design and all other fields. It is greatly improving the quality of management and completion of the design project in the process that working on preliminary project feasibility study and planning, project investment and financing analysis management, technical service, sales and operation management throughout the project, cooperation with many investment institutions, large-scale construction general contracting enterprises, and based on BIM technology and in-depth design.

Recently, the business covers more than 30 provinces, cities, and municipalities across the country, also overseas regions. It is expected to develop into a well-known institution which working on the whole process of construction projects in Beijing, Tianjin, and Guangzhou, and cover the whole country in the future. Moreover, this company has established H&J (H&J Architecture Consulting Inc.) design company in Los Angeles, USA. and actively attracting international talents and vigorously expanding to the international market.
