设计的风格是多种多样的，保留古典的繁冗并打上东方的烙印、通盘出新用当代的极简给设计贴上西方的标签、将传统气韵融入现实，将古典魂魄萦绕在简约现实的空间内、用领悟的觉得碰撞出一个愉悦的空间、一种尊贵的生活、一方独享的天地。

As a key project for the development of Sunac Real Estate, Ronggongguan has attracted much attention in the design of its sales office. YLH Real Estate Design Group, which has always been committed to creating a high-quality experience, has adopted a brand-new design concept combining modern and classic. While emphasizing the creation of a space theme atmosphere, the customer needs are skillfully injected into the details of the interior of the building. The building is no longer a simple marketing space, but it is integrated into real life and becomes a world.

迎宾大厅作为售楼处的第一间，设计上以简洁的横竖向线条元素为主，在保留原建筑构造的同时，充分发掘空间内的建筑感。
搭配山水,流线为主，减少符号化元素的堆砌。

As the first sales office, the Welcome Hall is designed with simple horizontal and vertical lines to fully explore the architectural sense while preserving the original building structure. With mountains and rivers, streamlined, reducing the accumulation of symbolic elements.

“效法自然，以曲为美”

要表现室内的活气，首先要结合自然、妙悟自然。
避免矫揉造作的人工痕迹。
墙地面选用的石材，从原材料本身进行深化工艺处理。
利用原建筑景不雅观落地窗加上室内独创研发的金属装饰网，使得自然光与室内相互衬托，虽由人作却宛如天开，充分发掘出室外园林特点，从而与室内装饰相结合。

"The teacher is natural, and the song is beautiful."

To express the vitality of the interior, we must first combine nature and realize nature. Avoid artificial artifacts. The stone used for the wall surface is deepened from the raw material itself. The original architectural landscape floor-to-ceiling windows and the metal decoration net developed by the interior make the natural light and the interior set off. Although it is made by people, it is like a sky-opening, fully discovering the characteristics of the outdoor garden, and thus combining with the interior decoration.

全体设计以空间场景的塑造为出发点，不止步于表面的装饰，更多的是利用建筑的处理手腕来划分空间。
使各个空间相互渗透，营造出虚实穿插的视觉体验。
宽敞的沙盘区域与洽谈区域拥有不尽相同的空间场景。
设计师利用精细的分外玻璃结合金属丝的屏风、层架划分出空间的段落。
使每个空间场景均以其平和优雅、富有内涵气韵的姿态呈现在大众面前。

The whole design takes the shaping of the space scene as the starting point, not only the decoration of the surface, but also the use of architectural processing methods to divide the space. Make each space infiltrate each other and create a visual experience that is intertwined with reality. The spacious sand table area has different space scenes from the negotiation area. The designer uses a special special glass combined with a wire screen and a shelf to define the passage of the space. Each space scene is presented to the public with its calm and elegant, rich and connotative attitude.

精心设计的洽谈区，除了温馨舒适外，更要给来访的客户一些视觉上的冲击，设计师选择以开放形式展现洽谈区的整体，以灰色为主色调，黄色及蓝绿色比拟为点缀，看重提升全体空间的跳跃氛围。
个中少量金属质感的利用，将全体互换空间的当代气质展露无遗。

The well-designed negotiation area, in addition to warmth and comfort, also gives some visual impact to the visiting customers. The designer chooses to display the whole of the negotiation area in an open form, with gray as the main color and yellow and blue-green contrast as the embellishment. 打造空间的过程中，设计师着重突出各空间的穿插关系，使各个空间既独成一派又融洽无间。
一石一水乃至是一个灯具，其造型、态势都力求仿照自然，将传统特色做到极致。
展现当代文化与古典气质的艺术内涵，完美诠释空间的意境与惬意。

武汉壹号院是融创中央以“天下武汉，美好归心”为内涵打造出的住宅空间。

它立体多元、也极具互换性。
这座城市的风骨被融进建筑，开释出对美好生活的理解。

家是平行于天下的天下，是平行于骚动的安谧，平行于分寸的率真，乃至是平行于乐不雅观的哀恸。
这是设计师对家的解读，本案也以此为出发点，去授予两个作品更多人性化的意义。

Home is a world parallel to the world, a tranquility parallel to disturbance, a frankness parallel to propriety, and even a grief parallel to optimism. This is the designer's interpretation of home. This case also takes this as the starting point to endow the two works with more humanistic significance.

平行于骚动的安谧--150㎡蒂芙尼空间

“something old，something new，somethingborrowed，something blue”

“一样旧的，一样新的，一样借的，还有一样必须是蓝的”。
西方的婚礼习俗，新娘结婚时必须穿蓝色才能收成真爱。
蒂芙尼蓝是一种十分讨巧的颜色，更是收成浪漫爱情的象征。

"The same old, the same new, the same borrowed, and the same must be blue.". Western wedding custom, the bride must wear blue to get true love. Tiffany blue is a very flattering color, but also a symbol of harvest of romantic love.

浪漫及美好的呈现形式每每是多种多样的。
人们在生活中所创造的美好，都喜好把它叫做蒂芙尼蓝。
设计师把蒂芙尼蓝打碎，氤氲于全体空间中。
家的气韵和风情也从这一刻开始注入成长。

Romance and beauty are often presented in various forms. People like to call it Tiffany blue for the beauty they find in life. Designers smash Tiffany blue and permeate the whole space. The charm and amorous feelings of the family also began to grow from this moment.

高质感的选材，简约通亮的配色，从最大程度上开释出空间柔美与安谧的力量，表示了设计者的功力与思考。

High quality material selection and simple and bright color matching release the power of soft and quiet space to the greatest extent, reflecting the designer's skill and thinking.

生活空间除了起居日常，自然也要有情趣点缀。
一副呼应空间色调的壁画，几件艺术品的摆放，为安谧的蓝色注入温馨氛围，家的性情也更加活泼灵动。

In addition to daily life, living space should also be embellished with interest. A pair of murals echoing the color of the space and the display of several works of art inject a warm atmosphere into the quiet blue, and the family's character is more lively and flexible.

众人都想清空杂念，过大略的生活，实在大略不便是阔别骚动后的安谧吗，就像蒂芙尼蓝授予家的意义。

The world wants to clear away the distractions and live a simple life. In fact, simplicity is the tranquility after being away from the disturbance, just like the meaning given by Tiffany blue to home.

平行于分寸的率真--189㎡都邑新贵空间

艺术创作源于对生活的真实体验，塑造都邑生活空间，首先要将质感二字放在重中之重。
内敛于外的分寸与肆意张扬的率真，是设计师对都邑主题的把握与理解。

Artistic creation originates from the real experience of life. To shape the urban living space, we should first put the word "texture" in the top priority. It is the designer's grasp and understanding of the urban theme to be restrained and outspoken.

质感二字，见于大处，也现于细节。
在陈设上搭配植物，实木家私和各种艺术感极强的摆件。
从视觉、触觉、听觉、嗅觉四感出发，丰富空间层次。
将都邑人的需求、情绪与审美凝固在这个空间。

The word "texture" can be seen in both the big and the details. In the furnishings with plants, solid wood furniture and a variety of highly artistic furnishings. From the four senses of vision, touch, hearing and smell, enrich the spatial level. The needs, emotions and aesthetics of urban people are solidified in this space.

寝室沿用深色基调，将咖色和金色揉在一起。
使其互相交错层叠，冲撞对抗。
创造张力，每每能带来带来惊喜。
都邑新贵的外敛内扬在此空间中淋漓尽显。
